Hinter Verschlossenen Türen
Blessing, a 14-year-old girl, dreams of becoming a singer. After sneaking off to a Halloween party with her best friend, which is broken up by the police, she is picked up by her mother from the station. A heated argument ensues between them at home.
About the movie
"Hinter Verschlossenen Türen" (in english: "Behind Closed Doors") is a short film developed as a diploma project within the framework of the Vienna Film School education. DM Ngweyi, better known as Divine Mabombo Ngweyi, wrote the screenplay herself and co-directed it with Alina Klotz.
With a 6-minute single shot capturing the majority of the argument between the two main characters, the film stands out and captivates the attention of all viewers.
